How does Vision's AI matching work?
Vision uses conversational AI to understand who you are through natural dialogue—not endless surveys. Our AI learns your personality, values, and what you're looking for, then matches you with compatible people based on deep compatibility, not just surface preferences.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. You can also email us at VisionSoulmatching@proton.me to request deletion.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices. We never sell your personal data. Read our Privacy Policy for complete details.
How do I report inappropriate behavior?
Tap the three dots menu on any profile or conversation and select "Report." You can also block users from the same menu. Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
Why am I not getting matches?
Vision prioritizes quality over quantity. Spend more time chatting with our AI host—the more we learn about you, the better your matches will be. Also ensure your profile photos are clear and your location settings are correct.
How do I change my location?
Go to Settings > Profile > Location to update your city. Vision uses your location to find matches nearby, but we never share your exact location.
What are the age requirements?
You must be 18 years or older to use Vision. We verify ages during signup to ensure a safe community for adults seeking meaningful relationships.
