Terms of Service

By using the Vision app, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Vision.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile and for keeping your credentials secure. One account per person.

3. Acceptable Use

Harassment, impersonation, spam, solicitation, and any unlawful conduct are prohibited. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. You can report or block any user from within the app.

4. Subscriptions

Paid memberships (Vision+, Vision Pro, Vision Premium) are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically until cancelled in your App Store settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Free-trial periods, when offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

5. Content

You retain rights to the content you submit and grant us a licence to process it solely to operate the service (e.g. matching, moderation).

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer

Vision is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee matches or outcomes and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, disclaim liability for interactions between users. Always exercise caution when meeting people online.
